Services
3C Home Care provides a registered nurse for an initial assessment of every client upon beginning our care.
Some of the types of assistance we provide are listed below:
Companion Care: Reading, letter writing, playing cards, conversation and companionship.
Personal Care: Privacy respected assistance with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and ambulating.
Respite Care and Sitters: For residence, hospital and nursing facility clients.
Meal Preparation: Planning and preparation of meals, clean up and assistance with feeding when necessary.
Light Housekeeping: Vacuuming, dusting, changing linens, laundry, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms.
Physical Therapy goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to maximize independence and improve mobility, self-care, and other functional skills necessary for daily living.
Occupational Therapy uses purposeful activity and interventions to maximize the independence and health of any client who is limited by physical injury or illness, cognitive impairment, psychosocial dysfunction, mental illness, or a developmental or learning disability.
Speech Therapy evaluate and treat voice, speech, language, or swallowing disorders–eg, hearing impairment, that affect communication.
